Consultations are a starting point for us to get to know eachother and discuss a game plan to get your home sold.  We will walk through the entire home, as well as outdoor spaces, addressing improvements that could be made to get buyers interested!
Home Staging is done in Three Phases:
  • Re-Designing Current Furnishings/Decor
  • Bringing in New Decor/Furnishings
  • Cosmetic Improvements


Now, don’t be frightened!  Not all homes will need to address each phase of staging, and remember, you are the boss!  So if you are willing to redesign your decor and have walls painted, but not replace flooring (should your home need that), that is your call!


We are here to help and give you our expert advice, as well as the options that are available to get your best return on investment.


Having a consultation does not require you to schedule a Staging Day.  However, keep in mind that just a consultation may not necessarily lead to a beautifully staged home; staging is an art form, not a science, and is best performed by a Simply Chic Spaces Professional Home Stager.


Consultations start at $100 for an hour, and $50 for each additional hour there after. If you are interested, a typed plan of action for the home including a time frame, priority list, and quoted price for the project is an additional $75, and will be emailed within 48 hours of the consult.  Should you decide to continue using a Simply Chic Spaces and schedule a Staging Day, $100 of the consultation cost will be credited towards your Staging Day.
